Forensic Plumbing provides independent plumbing services to customers on behalf of major insurance companies and their appointed assessors and loss adjusters.
We initially conduct non-invasive investigative testing to identify plumbing defects to identify the exact cause of the problem, then provide a comprehensive plumbing report to the insurance builder or loss adjuster that is tailored to individual requirements and can be used in dispute resolution and in legal proceedings.
All of our reports include detailed information relating to what tests were carried out, what issues were found, videos and photographs of all of the plumbing defects and 2D bathroom, kitchen or laundry layout plans to identify where the cause of the claim is in the room.
Upon instructions from the insurance companies, we then carry out repair works to reinstate insurable claims to a pre-loss condition. We also carry out repairs direct to the home owner beyond the insurance claim.
